Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Arizona SLP license (SLP-CCC preferred). Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Previous experience within a school setting or working with children in grades K-8 is highly valued. Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to K-8 students across a variety of needs and caseloads. Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document student progress. Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the educational goals of students. Provide consultative support and resources to classroom teachers. Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
