Play and Purpose is looking for a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team and provide in-home speech therapy services to children in the greater Phoenix area. We are a private, therapist-owned pediatric practice that provides child-led, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming services. Our goal is to support children and families in their everyday environments while helping them build meaningful skills and independence. What You'll Do Provide individualized speech and language therapy in clients' homes Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals Address speech, language, communication, and other areas within your scope of practice Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers Complete documentation and progress notes in a timely manner Provide family education and practical strategies for carryover Participate in a supportive and collaborative team environment What We're Looking For Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona Pediatric experience preferred Comfortable providing therapy in home and community settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate Position Details Part-time In-home pediatric therapy Greater Phoenix area Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload Supportive, collaborative team environment If you're an SLP who enjoys working with children and families and wants a flexible part-time position where you can make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
