This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success. Job Responsibilities Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct speech-language therapy services (individual and small group) Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation to school staff Support classroom strategies to enhance communication skills Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program regulations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP licensure and required credentials School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Why Join Allied OneSource Education?
