Greater Tucson, AZ Employment Type:
Part-Time Flexible Schedule | Home Health Flexible Hours. Meaningful Patient Care. Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout the Greater Tucson area . This part-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or additional patient visits while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in their own homes. Enjoy the independence of home health while having the support of an established clinical team behind you. What You'll Do Complete speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations in patients' homes Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide skilled speech therapy services according to the established plan of care Treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders within the SLP scope of practice Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Help patients improve communication, safety, independence, and overall quality of life What We're Looking For Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Home Health experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Comfortable traveling to patient homes throughout the Greater Tucson area #IND4
