  • Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | $60.00-$70.00 per hour | Santa Clarita, CA
  • Provide impactful, family-centered speech and language therapy services that support children's communication, feeding, and social development while partnering closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes in natural environments.

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs
  • Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines
  • Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies
  • Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration
  • Partner with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts
  • Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams

  • Full-time, home and community-based schedule
  • Travel between in-home sessions and/or center-based services
  • Autonomy in daily scheduling with administrative and clinical support

        • Qualifications
        • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
        • Active California State SLP license
        • Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings
        • Strong communication and collaboration skills
        • Commitment to ethical, family-centered care

        • We offer $500 external referral bonuses for SLP referrals and $250 for SLPA referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
