position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Deliver evidence-based speech-language interventions tailored to each child's needs, including early intervention strategies. Supervise and mentor support staff or interns as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress and facilitate effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques, pediatrics, and relevant medical knowledge to enhance service quality. Ensure a safe, supportive environment conducive to patient care and developmental progress. Requirements Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with supervision experience at least 2 years experience Prior experience working in pediatric settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient assessment methods related to speech-language pathology. Experience working with children requiring early intervention services is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, children, and families. Ability to apply clinical judgment in diverse pediatric cases while adhering to ethical standards. The ideal candidate is a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist who demonstrates strong clinical leadership, integrity, and the ability to independently manage their schedule while remaining fair and respectful of the clinic's established working hours. This role requires someone who can uphold high clinical standards, communicate clearly, and support both therapists and families with professionalism and consistency. As a Clinical Supervisor, the candidate must be confident and competent in supervising SLPAs, CFs, and/or interns , ensuring that all treatment, documentation, and clinical decision‑making meet regulatory, ethical, and insurance‑mandated requirements. This includes providing direct oversight, mentorship, feedback, and timely sign‑offs as required. This is a in clinic part time position , and in‑person supervision is required for patients on the caseload. Minimum 2 years supervision experience.
