Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in students' lives by providing direct speech-language services within a supportive school-based environment. This contract opportunity is well-suited for driven SLPs—both those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates—who are passionate about fostering communication skills in children. The position is fully onsite, offering a chance to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and dedicated staff.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility) CCC-SLP or CFY status required Prior experience or enthusiasm for working with school-aged children Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to student development SLPA supervision is not required, as this position is exclusively for
SLPs Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) Facilitate direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student success Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to student plans Remain onsite throughout the assignment for direct student and staff interaction
