Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Open to both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates; strong mentorship for CFs Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is valued, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to an elementary school caseload Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans in coordination with educators and families Complete ongoing evaluations and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
