Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) California state licensure or eligibility to obtain Minimum of two years of school-based SLP experience preferred for top compensation Previous experience with SEIS documentation preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills No need for SLPA supervision; SLPs only No teletherapy responsibilities; in-person only
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to middle school students Collaborate with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain documentation Utilize SEIS for efficient case management (preferred) Participate in school activities to foster a positive learning environment
