Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment providing speech-language therapy services in a vibrant educational setting near Berkeley, CA. Work alongside dedicated professionals to positively impact elementary students communication and learning experiences in a full-time, full-school-year opportunity. This position welcomes both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with CCC credentials and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as well as clinical fellows. Supervision availability for SLPAs is being verified, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for ongoing professional growth.
Key Qualifications:
Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP or SLPA) Clinical fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required Ability to manage an elementary school caseload (final caseload details to be provided) Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to student success
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary caseload Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting students speech and language goals Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Conduct evaluations, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for all students Benefit from flexible contract work while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
