Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Experience with school-aged children preferred Ability to manage caseloads, document services, and monitor progress independently
What Youll Do:
Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each childs unique needs Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings Collaborate with educators and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere Enjoy the excitement and fulfillment that comes from helping students find their voices and achieve their learning goals.
