This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about fostering student growth, particularly those working toward or holding their CCCs. Your responsibilities will include delivering direct and consultative speech therapy to a caseload composed mostly of mild-to-moderate needs, with some students presenting more significant challenges. Youll also have the opportunity to work with AAC devices and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create effective, student-centered therapy plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current and active IL SLP License is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with a range of mild to severe students. Familiarity with AAC devices is a plus. Meets all district and state requirements for school-based SLPs. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to collaborate within an educational team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs. Evaluate, assess, and document student progress. Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with school staff and families. Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans. Support use and integration of AAC devices as needed.
