We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and
- bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- who is passionate about supporting infants, toddlers, and their families. If you enjoy working with young children and want to grow with a supportive, family-oriented team, we'd love to meet you! ### Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and intervention services for children ages
- 0-3•in their natural environments.
- Assess children's communication, language, and early developmental skills.
- Administer and interpret appropriate standardized and informal assessment tools.
- Develop individualized intervention plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
- Coach and support parents and caregivers in implementing strategies to promote communication development.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support each child's progress.
- Complete assessments, progress reports, and service documentation in a timely manner. ### Qualifications
Required:
- Current California
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- as required by the State of California to practice in the field.
- At least
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and developmental evaluations. Strong understanding of early childhood development. Reliable transportation.
