This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a difference in children's lives through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Essential Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active and unencumbered SLP license Clinical experience in a hospital setting highly preferred Demonstrated expertise working with pediatric populations Current CPR certification Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed Provide education and support to families regarding therapy techniques and treatment goals Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on patient progress and care strategies This contract position is an excellent opportunity for SLPs seeking hands-on hospital experience with pediatric patients in a dynamic environment.
