This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible, part-time or per-diem school-based position with a supportive team.

Pay:
$65-$75 per hour, depending on experience
Work Setting:
In person (Hybrid) / School-based Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments and prepare evaluation reports Develop and monitor appropriate speech and language goals Participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and other service providers Maintain compliance with school and special education requirements Qualifications
  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Current and appropriate California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credential
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of IEPs and special education procedures
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school teams

The agency is founded and led by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who understands the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges of school-based clinicians. We focus on providing our clinicians with responsive support, appropriate resources, and a collaborative working environment. Referral Bonus Know a qualified SLP? Refer them to The Lingual Tree and receive a $300 referral bonus after the referred clinician successfully completes 90 days with us.
