School Speech and Language Pathologist

This role involves delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to students with speech and language disorders, fostering their communication success and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students exhibiting speech and language challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on improving speech and language outcomes. Monitor, document, and report student progress meticulously. Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure cohesive care. Educate and engage families to support student progress outside the therapy setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
