Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Experience or training in school-based settings preferred Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and CCC-SLPs welcome Ability to work onsite across two elementary sites each week Background in serving mild and moderate student populations

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with mild to moderate needs Participate fully in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving Work onsite; no supervision of SLPAs required This full-time role consists of 35 hours per week onsite across two elementary schools.
