Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available for a part-time role in an elementary school setting located in Culver City, CA. This position involves working with pediatric students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, supporting their academic and social development.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting speech and language assessments for students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Monitoring and documenting student progress and outcomes Participating in team meetings and providing recommendations for classroom strategiesQualifications:
Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and school staff This contract position offers flexible part-time hours, allowing for work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.
