What you'll bring: Current and valid California SLP License (required) Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Understanding of elementary-aged student needs Skillful in conducting speech/language evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering both direct and indirect services Strong organizational and communication abilities, especially in multidisciplinary team environments Comfortable adapting to district-specific systems and protocols Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting standard SLP duties, including assessments, testing, and report writing Providing individualized and group therapy sessions Leading and contributing to IEP meetings and progress reporting Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes Maintaining up-to-date documentation and adhering to all district compliance requirements
