While full-time availability is strongly preferred, there is also consideration for part-time candidates. The role will focus on supporting a diverse caseload of up to 55 students, providing essential therapy services that foster growth and communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in California Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Strong organizational and time-management skills Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-6th grade students Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor progress Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's academic and social success Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state requirements Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies
