Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across grade levels Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support students with varying communication needs in individual and small group settings Offer consultation and training to staff and families to foster student development Track progress and adjust interventions to help students achieve their goals As a valued team member, you'll work in a positive and collaborative school environment.
