Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain it SLP-CCC, CFY, and SLPA candidates with school experience are encouraged to apply Prior experience working within a school setting, preferably at the elementary level Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop tailored IEP goals, maintain detailed session notes and progress reports Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to support student development and advocate for best practices Participate in IEP meetings and help guide families through the special education process Adapt therapy approaches to meet the evolving needs of each student This contract offers competitive hourly compensation between $50 and $65, with additional details regarding caseload, schedule, and everyday responsibilities shared during your interview.
