Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district for a temporary full-time assignment during the 2026-2027 school year . This position provides coverage for a one-month medical leave and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' communication needs in an elementary school setting.

Caseload:

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 5th Grade Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with communication disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families and school staff. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered based on district requirements. Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Why Join This Assignment?
