Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting students in a dynamic school setting near Fontana, CA. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to utilize their expertise in bilingual service delivery and make a tangible difference in students' lives. As a bilingual SLP with CCCs, your understanding of diverse linguistic backgrounds and commitment to inclusive assessment practices will be instrumental. This position focuses on assisting SLPs with bilingual assessments, delivering teletherapy when needed, and providing essential support to both colleagues and students across various grade levels. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with current ASHA CCCs Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to conduct assessments and provide services in multiple languages Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP roles Familiarity with healthcare-related SLP practices and teletherapy Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to culturally responsive evaluation and intervention Primary responsibilities include: Conduct and support bilingual speech and language assessments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct services to students via in-person and, as needed, teletherapy formats Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings This role offers a streamlined hiring process with interviews taking place immediately—ideal for those ready to start quickly and make a positive impact.
