Job Description

Step into an impactful role supporting students' communication and learning by providing speech-language services in a vibrant school-based setting. You'll collaborate with educators and families to deliver comprehensive speech therapy to K-12 students, fostering growth both academically and socially. Qualifications & Desired Background:
Valid California SLP license required CCC-SLP certification highly preferred; CFY candidates also considered Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school environment Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct speech therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families and staff Offer guidance to teachers and staff to support students classroom success Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support planning
