Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in speech-language therapy by supporting students from preschool to 8th grade for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to work 37.5 hours per week in a vibrant, collaborative educational setting. Your expertise as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) will empower learners at various developmental stages. Bilingual skills are a plus, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. With multiple openings available, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping children achieve their communication goals, including through child find and early intervention programs.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and support staff Strong organizational and documentation abilities Bilingual applicants are encouraged, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy for students from preschool through 8th grade Work directly with students as part of child find and preschool intervention initiatives Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to maximize student progress Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress in compliance with school and district standards Provide support and education to school staff and families regarding speech and language development This role offers the chance to shape lives in an encouraging academic atmosphere while growing your professional skills.
