Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Fullerton, CA, supporting an elementary school with potential assignments at additional sites as needed. This contract role begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year on 5/29/26. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings and managing a caseload of approximately 45 students. Special consideration is given to those with expertise in supporting moderate to severe students, bringing specialized skills to address diverse speech and language needs.

Valid certification and licensure as an SLP Experience working with students in elementary school settings Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students Strong skills in working with moderate to severe speech and language challenges Flexibility to support multiple sites as needed Committed to collaborative work with educators and support staff Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech-language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with school policies. The SLP will work closely with teachers and parents to support the communication goals of each student, ensuring accessibility and effective intervention strategies.
