This opportunity is for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services in a contract role. With a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, you'll focus on delivering high-quality speech and language support to middle school students, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Applicants with more than two years of experience will enjoy a highly competitive pay rate of $125 per hour. What you'll bring: Current SLP-CCC credential Hands-on experience in a school setting—middle school experience is especially valued A minimum of two years of recent clinical speech-language experience Ability to work 100% onsite (no teletherapy) Strong familiarity with SEIS or a willingness to quickly learn Confidence working independently with middle school caseloads Positive, collaborative communication style with staff, students, and families Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student achievement Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed documentation in SEIS Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere This contract position allows passionate professionals to focus solely on clinical excellence—no SLPA supervision required.
