Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-12 School-Based Hanford, CA | Onsite | Full-Time About the Role We're seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our best-in-class educational team across multiple school sites in the Hanford, CA area. This is a high-impact opportunity to deliver student-centered, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive, outcomes-focused speech and language services aligned with IEP goals and state standards Collaborate in multidisciplinary team settings with educators, administrators, and families to drive measurable student success Conduct data-driven assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes Deliver differentiated, culturally responsive interventions across general education and special education environments Maintain best-practice documentation and timely reporting in district systems What We're Looking For Active California SLP license (or eligibility) + ASHA CCC-SLP preferred School-based experience or strong clinical background with pediatric populations Collaborative mindset with exceptional interpersonal agility and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with strong organizational excellence Commitment to equity, inclusion, and whole-child development Why Join Us?
