Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility (CFs welcome) Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Design and implement targeted therapy interventions, both individual and group Develop and maintain accurate treatment plans and progress documentation Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families about communication support strategies Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and independence
