What We're Seeking:

Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY Experience or strong interest in school-based or teletherapy SLP settings Passion for working with children and adolescents across grade levels Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students PreK-12 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state standards Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
