What We're Looking For:

Valid California state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology Compliance with California state regulations and education agency requirements for Assistive Technology professionals Formal degrees or industry-recognized credentials in Assistive Technology or related fields Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting Capacity to travel between sites and manage a varied K-12 caseload Excellent communication and collaboration skills Genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

What You'll Do:

Evaluate students assistive technology needs and recommend appropriate devices and strategies Implement assistive technology solutions for individuals and classrooms Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and monitor personalized education plans Train staff and families in using assistive tools and devices Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports for each student Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations as a valued team member
