Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is mandatory California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings preferred School-based SLP experience is a plus Commitment to supporting diverse student populations, including those with unique communication challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to IEPs and individual needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families, to facilitate student success Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and maintain clear, compliant documentation Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and interventions Provide support and guidance to students across varied age groups and cultural backgrounds Consult with school staff and participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations This contract role offers a chance to grow your professional skills in a rewarding school-based setting.
