Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain) CCC-SLP certification or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8th grade students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to promote student success Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations Offer consultative support for staff and families
