Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join our team. The SLP CF will provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with ASHA guidelines. This role offers structured mentorship, professional development, and hands-on clinical experience while completing the Clinical Fellowship, ensuring effective and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication therapy sessions for pediatric clients. Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Collect and analyze client data to track progress and support intervention adjustments. Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner. Participate in regular supervision and mentorship sessions with the assigned licensed SLP. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, educators, and caregivers. Communicate effectively with families regarding therapy goals, progress, and home strategies. Adhere to ASHA guidelines, state licensure requirements, and ethical standards. Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance. Participate in required trainings, team meetings, and professional development activities. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status per ASHA guidelines. Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Intern / CF. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience Experience working with pediatric populations, school-based settings, or early intervention. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
