Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active and valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Previous experience in a school environment is excellent, but strong clinical skills and a passion for education are most important Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Organized, flexible, and able to adapt in dynamic school settings

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication needs Attend and participate in IEP and team meetings when required Engage in regular communication with families to facilitate carry-over strategies and foster an inclusive learning environment
