Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students as a School Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to support a diverse K-12 district, helping young learners reach their communication milestones. Drawing on your expertise, you'll partner with educators and families in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license
- CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience serving K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Compassion and enthusiasm for supporting students' unique needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students across elementary through high school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
- Deliver direct intervention services in 1:1 or small group settings
- Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies to enhance speech and language development
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your expertise to help every student succeed In this role, you'll become part of a dedicated school community, making a tangible impact from the first day to the last bell of the year.
