Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (Clinical Fellow Year candidates welcome to apply!) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is advantageous Comfort with a wide range of ages, from infants through high school seniors Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for students from birth through 12th grade Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs/IFSPs), and document progress Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Adapt service delivery models, including push-in, pull-out, and consultative as appropriate Maintain detailed records in accordance with school and departmental guidelines
