We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school-based setting while utilizing your bilingual skills to help bridge communication gaps and improve educational outcomes. • Conduct speech and language evaluations in accordance with district guidelines
• Provide therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Assist with communication and interpretation needs when appropriate
• Support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish-English preferred; other languages may be considered based on district needs)
• Completion of supervised clinical practicum requirements
• Successful completion of the Praxis Speech-Language Pathology Examination
• Ability to satisfy district and state background clearance requirements Preferred Qualifications
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• School-based experience
• Experience conducting bilingual assessments
• Knowledge of culturally responsive therapy practices
