Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Full-Time School-Based CCC-SLP - Evaluations & SLPA Supervision Speech 360 Therapy Inc. is hiring a full-time CCC-SLP for a school-based position in Lodi, California, for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is primarily focused on completing comprehensive evaluations, reports and IEP attendance. You'll also maintain a small direct caseload and provide clinical supervision to a highly skilled SLPA working on site. Position Highlights $73-$83 per hour, based on experience Full-time, hourly W-2 position Primarily diagnostic-focused caseload Small direct therapy caseload Highly skilled SLPA on site Paid indirect time Paid drive time between work locations IRS-rate mileage reimbursement Kaiser Permanente medical coverage for eligible full-time employees Dental and vision insurance Paid time off and paid federal holidays 401(k) with employer matching ASHA dues and license reimbursement Up to $200 annually toward continuing education Annual performance and compensation reviews Potential opportunity to continue into the 2027-2028 school year Qualifications Applicants must: Hold an active California Speech-Language Pathology license Hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Meet California requirements to supervise an SLPA Be confident completing evaluations, writing reports, participating in IEP meetings, and providing ongoing SLPA supervision Be available to work on site in Lodi Previous school-based experience is preferred. Strong clinical fellows may also be considered if their experience and supervision needs align with the position. Speech 360 Therapy is a small, clinician-led, neurodiversity-affirming practice.
