Job Summary Speech Pathologist -Speech Therapy Talented Medical Solutions Contract In-Office | Lodi, CA, United States Day Shift, 40Hrs, 13weeks. Centered in the heart of San Joaquin County, Lodi Memorial has been one of the area's leading healthcare providers since 1952. We are comprised of a 190-bed hospital, 17 medical offices, home care services, comprehensive cancer care, and a vast scope of award-winning services located throughout Lodi and the surrounding areas. Job Summary:
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Adheres to state and federal regulatory license, certification and accrediting requirement guidelines. Serves as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Master's Degree or foreign equivalent: Required Two years' speech language pathology experience:
Preferred Licenses/Certifications:
Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC):
Preferred Facility Specific License/Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP):
Required Essential Functions:
Reviews patient information before evaluations and during course of treatment. Conducts and documents comprehensive patient assessments. Assists in data collection of patient outcomes. Instructs and directs support staff, as outlined in national and state Practice Acts. Supervises assistants and support staff. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hospital Total Bed Count:
10 bed ICU, Med-surg/tele approximate census 90-140, Acute Rehab 8 bed unit expanding to 15 beds in 2026.
Staffing Per Shift, And Shift Start/End Times:
SLP 2-3/shift, OT/COTA 4-6/shift, PT/PTA 5-8/shift 8 hour shifts, 5 shifts/week Full time 0800-1630 (
• option for 7:30 or 8:30 start times)
Schedule Requirements:
Call Required? NO Weekend Coverage Required? Yes Weekends are required and typically for contract therapy we prefer scheduling most weekends to meet staffing needs with alternative weekday comp days.
Ex:
Sun, Monday, Thurs, Friday, Saturday (Tues-Wed are the comp days),
OR Tues-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Additional Unit Information:

Special Procedures Performed:
Speech (MBSS- TIMS for video swallow studies)
Scrubs:
Not provided. Hunter Green Scrubs (at least the top, bottoms could be black or hunter green) We staff all areas 7 days/week. 30 minute lunch, cafeteria on-site, department training will be provided during first week after hospital orientation "" #Workwolf
