Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proven ability to function both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students facing speech and language challenges Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and established therapy goals Facilitate targeted therapy sessions with creativity and empathy Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes Collaborate closely with other specialists and educational staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care Proactively involve and educate families, empowering them to support their child's communication journey You'll thrive in this role with access to a dedicated advisory panel of seasoned SLPs in your state, comprehensive benefits, and avenues for continuous professional development.
