This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals while providing individualized speech and language services in a school environment. Position Highlights Full-time, Monday-Friday School hours: approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Caseload of approximately 40-50 students maximum Small school setting with a collaborative team environment Paid holidays Opportunity for clinical supervision and mentorship Support from an established private speech therapy practice Opportunity to develop strong relationships with students, families, and school staff Variety of communication needs and opportunities to utilize individualized, evidence-based intervention Responsibilities The SLP will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students, including: Conducting speech and language evaluations and reassessments Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Providing individual and/or small-group speech and language therapy Monitoring student progress and collecting data Completing required documentation and progress reports Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with the educational team Consulting with teachers, families, and other professionals Making appropriate recommendations regarding speech, language, communication, and related needs Supporting students' functional communication across academic and school environments Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligible Experience working with school-age children preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for helping students develop functional communication skills Why Join Us?
