Speech-Language Pathologist- Pediatric Private Practice. MONDAYS & FRIDAYS only.

Cayla Kurland Speech Pathology is a pediatric private practice located in the Palms/Culver City area of Los Angeles. We are looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our warm, collaborative, and supportive team on a part-time basis on Mondays and Fridays only.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one therapy for children ages 12 months to 16 years Conduct speech and language evaluations Treat a wide range of needs, including: Articulation and phonology Childhood apraxia of speech Fluency disorders Receptive and expressive language delays Social/pragmatic communication AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) Neurodivergent populations Early Intervention, Preschool, School Age Work primarily in office at our West LA/Culver City clinic Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Warm, engaging, and child-lead approach

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

Licensed SLP in California (strong CFs considered)

ASHA CCC

required 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Independent and team-oriented Teletherapy experience is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

Part Time/Per Diem $75-$90 per hour, based on experience Paid per visit- caseload will be built over time with full caseload estimated at 10-15 hours (Mondays and Fridays only) Paid malpractice insurance Continuing education stipend
