Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current or eligible California SLP licensure Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

SLP - CCC

(Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Prior school-based experience preferred, although strong clinical backgrounds will be considered Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress reporting Ability to engage with students across a wide range of ages and communication needs Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to K-12 students Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine needs and monitor progress Develop, implement, and track speech-language goals as part of each students IEP Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians Offer strategies and resources to foster language and communication skill development in education settings Stay current with best practices and state standards in school-based speech-language pathology Enjoy stability with a consistent, 37.5 hour/week schedule in a school setting, providing you the opportunity to build lasting relationships and see the impact of your work throughout the academic year.
