Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLP or SLP-CCC certification Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-2nd grade students Knowledge of case management and IEP processes Ability to collaborate with special education teams Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of 25 speech-only students; manage their cases Support additional 7-10 students' speech needs in collaboration with other SPED providers Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise for the educational team Deliver direct services 2-3 days per week on site (23-24 hours scheduled across 4 days) Advocate for student progress and effective communication skills
