Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Experience and Qualifications:
Holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in a school setting preferred Skilled in case management for students with mild to severe diagnoses Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to navigate a dynamic environment while adapting to evolving student needsCore Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Maintain diligent records and handle case management tasks with efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's success Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student confidence and communication development This contract position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week of meaningful, hands-on work in the classroom.
