A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Blazerjobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity near Merced for the 2026/2027 school year. This onsite position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse student needs across multiple campuses.
Position Details:
Full-time:
37.5 hours per week
Start Date:
August 8, 2026
End Date:
June 4, 2027 Open to travelers Moderate to Severe caseload Multiple school sites / itinerant assignment Provide therapy services, evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Requirements:
Active California SLP License required CTC credential required SEIS Service Tracker experience preferred Previous school-based experience preferred
