$55.00 - $70.00 / hour (based on experience) About the Role We're seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Merced, CA for the full 2026-2027 school year. This is a contract, on-site position. We welcome traveling SLPs and out-of-state candidates willing to relocate for the assignment.

$55.00 - $70.00 / hour, based on experience
Caseload:
Moderate to severe disabilities
Setting:
Multiple school sites / itinerant travel required
Student Population:
K-12 Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with moderate to severe disabilities Travel between multiple school sites to serve assigned caseload Collaborate with teachers, IEP teams, and related service providers Maintain accurate service records and progress documentation using SEIS Service Tracker Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to communication goals Support AAC, feeding, and complex communication needs as caseload requires Qualifications Active California SLP License (required) California Teaching Credential (CTC) or eligible to obtain (required) SEIS Service Tracker experience strongly preferred Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Experience with moderate to severe caseloads preferred Comfortable with itinerant, multi-site assignments CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) eligible Travel & Relocation Traveling SLPs encouraged to apply Mileage reimbursement available for site-to-site travel [Relocation assistance available — customize if applicable] Benefits Health/Dental/Vision 401(k) / Retirement Paid Time Off Mileage Reimbursement Continuing Education Support Relocation Assistance #p24
