Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CCC-SLP certification State licensure (or eligibility) in California Experience in school-based settings, working with Pre-K through 1st grade preferred Ability to work on-site and manage a dynamic caseload Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to PreK-1st grade students Manage a starting caseload of 35 students (with potential to grow up to 55) Assess, develop, and implement personalized intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school standards Participate in IEP meetings and support inclusive educational practices
